This Privacy Policy explains how NightDrift Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Six-Seven Slam (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. The Game itself collects no personally identifying information.

• On-device data: Your game progress, level stars, high scores, sound settings, unlocked cosmetic skins, and whether you have purchased "Remove Ads" are stored locally on your device only.
• Advertising data: Our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and similar technical data to deliver ads. Because the Game is directed to a general audience that includes children, we request non-personalized ads only.
• Purchase data: One-time purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details; Google handles the transaction.

The Game uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for children and is treated as child-directed. In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policies, we request that our advertising partners serve only non-personalized ads and do not use the Game to knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising identifiers, where used, are handled in a manner consistent with child-directed treatment.

How Information Is Used

Technical/advertising data is used solely to display and cap ads, to process purchases, and to keep the Game functioning. We do not sell your data.

Data Retention

On-device data remains on your device until you clear the Game's data, use the in-game "Reset Progress" option, or uninstall the Game. You can uninstall the Game at any time to remove all locally stored data.

Your Choices

• You can reset your local progress from the in-game Settings screen.
• You can limit ad tracking through your device's advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
• Uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
